Order and cancellation terms
Johku Digi sells services to businesses. Prices include 25.5% VAT.
Orders and invoicing
An order is placed when you submit it in the shop, and the confirmation is emailed immediately. Packages, hourly work and training are invoiced to the billing details on the form, payment term 14 days. Monthly services (Growth partner, Newsletter service) are invoiced monthly and can be ended with one month's notice.
Cancellations
- Service packages: free cancellation before the kick-off meeting or before work starts. After that we invoice the work done.
- Photo shoots: free cancellation up to 7 days before. We reschedule free of charge for bad weather.
- Consulting hours and discovery calls: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before.
- Workshops: free cancellation up to 3 days before, full-day training 7 days before. Participants can be changed.
- The hour card is valid for 12 months; unused hours are not refunded.
Materials and usage rights
Photos, videos and texts may be used without limit in your own marketing and on the Visit Johkula marketplace once the order is paid.
