Johku Rantasauna: a sauna that runs without a reception
The lakeside sauna has two people and no reception. We built a shop where sauna slots and SUP boards are booked online, and the confirmation includes the door code and directions. The day-before reminder explains how the sauna heats up and where the towels are.
Johku Mökit: a page for cottage owners
The cottage agency needed two audiences on one site: guests and owners thinking about renting out their cottage. We made an owners' page and a contact form that asks for location, size and the owner's own weeks right away.
Johku Huskies: in English, the way customers ask
Many of the husky company's customers come from abroad. We wrote an English description for every safari that answers typical traveller questions: how warmly to dress, whether you can drive yourself, whether it suits children and where the pick-up is. Fewer question emails, more direct bookings.
Johku Sauna: a newsletter that fills weekday evenings
With the harbour sauna we started a monthly newsletter for members, each with one clear weekday offer and a direct booking link.
